Pricing · Priced per deliverable

How we charge.

No catalog prices: every project is quoted as a fixed price, per deliverable and after the diagnostic. If the scope is defined, so is the price. We give you an indicative range on the first call.

Priced per deliverable

A fixed quote for a defined scope, not for hours consumed. Every extension is quoted separately, before any work starts.

A deductible diagnostic

The initial diagnostic is paid work — it filters and it commits — but it is deducted in full from the first project you contract.

Ongoing work is optional

Any system we deliver can be operated and maintained under an SLA for a monthly fee, with no lock-in period. Only external technical leadership requires a minimum — three months — for the support to have a real effect.

To get started

The first step.

01

Automation and data diagnostic

One or two weeks analyzing your operations: a map of manual processes, data sources, improvements with immediate impact and a prioritized roadmap with an estimated return for each initiative.

Part of the project may be covered by public funding. We tell you which digitalization and AI grants are open when your project starts, and we fit the scope to the program in force. We spell it out in the diagnostic, with the specific figure.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us.

Are your prices fixed?

Yes. After the initial diagnostic we deliver a fixed quote per deliverable, with a defined scope and timeline. We do not bill open-ended hours.

How much does a typical project cost?

It depends on the scope: a contained automation sprint is very different from a full platform. On the first call we give you an indicative range; after the diagnostic, the firm figure.

Are there grants or subsidies available?

Yes, often. We tell you which digitalization and AI grants for small and medium-sized companies are open when your project starts, and we fit the scope to the program in force. What can be applied for and how much it covers, we set out clearly in the diagnostic.

What happens if the project grows?

Services with unit pricing — a calculation, a template, a source, a process — grow in a way you can budget for: every extension has its price before work starts. We do not build anything without an approved quote.

Does the diagnostic commit me to anything?

No. The first call is free and with no obligation; the formal diagnostic is the first paid piece of work, and if you then contract any project, it is deducted in full. If you do not, the report and the roadmap are yours to keep.

Where is what you build deployed?

On your infrastructure: the cloud in your own account, with documented code and full ownership for the client. Your data and your models live in your account, not in ours.
