AI integration report · Initial assessment

Before you invest in AI, know where it pays off.

We analyze your processes and data in two to four weeks. You receive recommended use cases, their architecture, costs and estimated savings. The report has a fixed price. It is 100% credited against the production phase if you contract it within 6 months.

What’s included

Six deliverables, one document.

01

Process and opportunity map

We interview the people who do the work and review your records. We identify time-consuming tasks, delays and repeated decisions.

02

Use cases ranked by return

We document the impact, effort, risk and estimated annual savings for each use case, including those that do not justify the investment.

03

The architecture for each case

We choose between rules, AI models, agents and existing tools. We specify where each solution runs, how it connects to your systems and its monthly operating cost.

04

Data and security

We identify the data needed, its condition and the protection measures. The solution runs in your own cloud and only in the EU. Your data stays in your environment.

05

EU AI Act and GDPR

We assess obligations under the EU AI Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689: transparency, risk level and staff AI literacy. We also review data protection obligations under the GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

06

A costed roadmap

We define phases and timelines. We provide a fixed-price proposal for the first phase. We present the report to management in a working session.

Two levels

Start with one area or with the whole company.

Essential Report

We study one area of your choice: customer service, proposals, technical documentation, purchasing or another area. We analyze up to three processes.

2 weeks · one area · up to 3 processes

100% credited against the production phase if you contract it within 6 months.

Complete Report

We study all areas to define the company's AI strategy. The report includes a common architecture and a twelve-month roadmap.

3–4 weeks · the whole company

100% credited against the production phase if you contract it within 6 months.

The report and the roadmap are yours to keep even if you go no further.

How we do it

Four stages, from interview to decision.

  1. 01

    Listen

We interview management and the people who run each process. We review your records and systems.

  2. 02

    Prioritize

We estimate time, cost, risk and return for each opportunity. We recommend those that justify the investment.

  3. 03

    Design

We define the architecture and data for each use case. We assess EU AI Act and GDPR obligations.

  4. 04

    Decide

We present the roadmap and first-phase budget to management. You decide whether to continue.

Self-assessment

Is your company ready to bring in AI?

Select the statements that describe your company. The result suggests a next step. It does not replace the report's feasibility assessment.

The first step is identifying which processes account for the repetitive work, even if data or support is already available.

Next step

An Essential Report on the area that takes up the most time: which processes, with what data and what pays off.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us.

What’s the difference between the Essential Report and the Complete Report?

The Essential Report covers one area and up to three processes in two weeks. The Complete Report covers the company in three to four weeks. It adds a common architecture and a twelve-month roadmap. Both include all six deliverables.

Does my data need to be in order before we start?

No. We assess your data during the report. We identify what you can use, what needs preparation and the preparation cost.

What happens to my data if third-party AI models are used?

Your data stays under your control and is processed only in the EU. We deploy applications in your cloud account. We use models through that cloud's AI service. Model developers do not receive your data or use it for training. Data is encrypted in transit. We only select models that can run in the EU. The cloud provider processes data under your contract.

What if the conclusion is that I don’t need AI?

We state this in writing. A rule or an existing tool can save more than an AI solution. We assess those options too.

Does the report commit me to anything?

It does not commit you to further services. You own the report and roadmap. The report is 100% credited against the production phase if you contract it within 6 months.

Who writes the report?

The same team that then builds the systems. The architecture we propose is the one we know how to put into production.

Are there grants or tax deductions?

There may be. We identify digitalization and AI grants available when the project starts. Your accountant handles the application. In Spain, your tax advisor can assess the technological innovation deduction under article 35.2 of the Corporate Income Tax Act. We provide the technical report and cost breakdown for that assessment. Eligibility depends on the requirements that apply to the project.
